Driving in Indiana

Southern Indiana provides the state’s strongest concentration of engaging scenic roads. Around Brown County, the Hoosier Hills and the broader uplands near Hoosier National Forest, routes transition from farmland into wooded ridges, narrow valleys, steeper grades, and frequent bends.
