While most traffic takes the modern Huguenot Tunnel, driving purists take this older, winding pass over the mountains. It features massive, alpine-style switchbacks, long climbs, and striking views of deep valleys and imposing viaducts. The lack of heavy traffic makes it an excellent playground for spirited driving.
